Federal Polytechnic Ugep Takes Over CR-ITM

The Federal Polytechnic Ugep has officially assumed control of the Institute of Technology and Management (CR-ITM), Ugep, including all its academic programmes and facilities.

This development aims to improve educational opportunities and deliver top-tier technical and management training to students.

The transition is expected to promote academic excellence, expand course offerings, and create better opportunities for students and staff.

The Federal Polytechnic Ugep now offers the following courses:

• National Diploma (ND)
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Statistics
  • Business Administration
  • Public Administration
  • Accounting
  • Hospitality and Tourism
• Higher National Diploma (HND)
  • Computer Science

Application Information for Admission

Candidates who did not select the Federal Polytechnic Ugep as their first choice during the 2024/2025 UTME can apply through the JAMB portal.

Applicants must update their institution choice to Federal Polytechnic Ugep before 31st January 2025.

All candidates must meet the minimum admission requirements, which include five O’Level credits (including English Language and Mathematics) in not more than two sittings.

O’Level results must also be uploaded on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) before the deadline of 31st January 2025.
