Fountain University to Award 190 Scholarships in 2024

Fountain University has announced plans to award scholarships to 190 students across various departments.

This initiative highlights the university's dedication to supporting academic excellence and promoting opportunities for students.

The scholarship awards ceremony will take place at the Eti-Osa Lecture Hall on Monday, 2nd December 2024, at 2 PM, aligning with Rabiul Awwal 30th, 1446 AH.

Details of the Scholarship Programme

The scholarship programme has expanded significantly from last year's awards.

In the inaugural year, over 50 students received scholarships, including 17 studying Arabic and Islamic Studies.

This year, the programme includes contributions from five donors, funding scholarships for over 150 students.

The university will also directly sponsor a number of scholarships to further support its scholars.

Under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Olayinka Ramota Karim, Fountain University continues to prioritise academic achievement.
