FTH Gombe College of Nursing Post-UTME Form 2025/2026

The gates are open once more. Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombe (FTHG), through its College of Nursing Sciences, has announced the sale of Post UTME forms for the 2025/2026 academic year. For many young people who dream of wearing the nurse's white uniform, this feels like the big chance.

Who Can Apply

The College has laid down clear conditions and it is better to tick them off before rushing to get the form.

• A JAMB score of 150 points or above.
• Minimum age of 16 years as at the date of this notice.
• Applicants must be physically and medically fit.
• Five credits at not more than two sittings in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Accepted exams include SSCE, GCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or SAISSCE (NBAIS).

Miss any of these and you are out of the race.

When and How To Get the Form

Forms will be available from Wednesday, 20th August 2025.

Applicants can:

• Collect from the Office of the Registrar, Nursing Sciences (CONS-IHS-FTH Gombe).
• Or apply online via the Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe portal.

The cost is ₦10,000 only, to be paid through REMITA. The fee is non-refundable, so better be sure before you click "pay".

Documents to Submit With the Form

When returning the completed application, candidates must include:

• Two recent passport photographs.
• Photocopies of all academic credentials.
• Photocopy of payment receipt and REMITA receipt.
• Local Government indigene certificate.
• Birth certificate or age declaration.
• JAMB printouts, including original result slip and any change of choice evidence.
• Scratch cards for SSCE results.

It may look like a long list, but each one matters. Forgetting even one could spoil the whole application.
