FUBK Registration Procedure for 2024/2025 New Students

The Federal University, Birnin Kebbi (FUBK) registration for the 2024/2025 academic session begins on Monday, 6th January 2025.
This process is mandatory for all newly admitted students.

Steps for Registration
Follow the steps below to complete your registration:
- Print JAMB Provisional Admission Letter
- Use the JAMB CAPS portal to accept your admission.
- Print your Provisional Admission Letter.
- Generate Remita Invoice
- Visit the FUBK Registration Portal to create a Remita Invoice for the acceptance fee.
- Pay Acceptance Fee
- Make payment at any commercial bank or online.
- Take the payment evidence to the Registration Centre for confirmation.
- Confirm Payment
- Verify your payment with the bursary officials at the Registration Centre (Student Centre).
- Screen Credentials
- Submit your documents for screening at the Registration Centre.
- Complete E-Confirmation and Bio-data
- Update your details at the Registration Centre.
- Generate Registration Fee Invoice
- Collect the Remita Invoice for registration fees at the Registration Centre.
- Pay Registration Fees
- Complete payment at any commercial bank or online.
- Confirm Payment of Registration Fees
- Verify payment with the bursary officials.
- Collect Admission Letter
- Obtain the official admission letter from ICT staff at the Registration Centre.
- Have the letter signed by the Admissions Officer.
- Collect Files
- Collect four files from the Registration Centre.
- Complete Course Registration
- Obtain a course registration form from your department.
- Complete the e-course registration at the Registration Centre.
- Make Photocopies
- Prepare photocopies of all forms and credentials as instructed.
- Submit Files
- Submit one file with original documents and three with photocopies.
- Distribute the files to the Academic Office, Faculty, Department and Student Affairs Office.
