The management of the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has ordered all members of staff on CONUSSS 11 and below to stay-at-home based on the Federal Government's instruction.

FULAFIA Stay-at-Home Directive to Staff

Following the second wave of COVID-19 in the country, the Federal Government has vided a Circular HCSF/30GS/VOL 1/7 and dated 22 December 2020, issued a directive that Officers on Grade Level 12 and below should stay at home for a period of five weeks, effective from Wednesday, 23 December 2020.

In line with the above directive, the Management of the Federal University of Lafia has directed that staff on CONUSSS 11 and below are to abide by the Federal Governments' directive and stay at home for a period of five weeks effective from Wednesday, 23 December 2020.

However, all staff on essential duties particularly those in the Medical Services and Security Unit are to keep to their schedules Office Attendants are also to report and discharge their duties and close at 11:00 am daily. In the same vein, staff working with Principal Officers are also to report daily.

Accordingly, staff are to strictly adhere to the coronavirus preventive protocols as outlined by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19.
