Interested persons should read on for complete guidance.
Some dates stick in your mind, even before they arrive. For the Federal University Lokoja, 14 February 2026 is one of them. That's when the seat of Vice-Chancellor becomes vacant and the hunt begins for a new face to lead the institution. It's not just a ceremonial baton pass. This role holds the reins of the entire academic and administrative set-up.
Nestled in Lokoja, where the rivers meet, the university has been writing its own story since 2011. From two humble faculties to thirteen today, it's not slowing down. Sixty programmes, a College of Health Sciences, a Postgraduate College — all in just over a decade. The place wants to play on the global field and it's looking for someone who shares that hunger.
