The Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike in Ebonyi State is thrilled to announce the 7th and 8th Combined Convocation Ceremony, a grand event celebrating the achievements of the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 graduating cohorts. On behalf of the Chancellor, Governing Council, Senate and the entire university community, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sunday Oge Elam warmly invites graduates and the public to partake in this momentous occasion.

Main Convocation Ceremony
Venue: Nnamdi Azikiwe Convocation Arena

The culmination of the convocation week, featuring:
- Conferment of Honorary Degrees
- Award of Postgraduate Degrees
- Admission to First Degrees
- Award of Academic Prizes
Important Notes for Graduating Students
- Collection of Academic Gowns: Gowns are available at the faculties starting Monday, 21st May 2024.
- Clearance Evidence: Graduates must present clearance evidence before collecting their gowns.
- Return of Gowns: All hired gowns must be returned by Friday, 25th May 2024. Late returns incur a fine of N20,000 and loss or damage of gowns attracts a penalty of N50,000.
- Procession Assembly: Graduates should gather in front of the G.O. Chukwu Administrative Block at 10.00 am.
- Dress Code: Graduates must dress appropriately for the ceremony. Indecent dressing will not be tolerated.
This convocation ceremony marks a significant milestone for AE-FUNAI and its graduates, celebrating their academic journey and preparing them for future endeavours.
