FUOTUOKE Pre-Degree Admission Form 2026/2027

Applications have been invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal University Otuoke, FUOTUOKE, Pre-Degree Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The programme is a one-year foundation course and it is meant for candidates who will be prepared to sit for the 2027 UTME examination and seek admission into 100-level of their desired degree programme.

What is the FUOTUOKE Pre-Degree Programme?

The FUOTUOKE Pre-Degree Programme is a one-year intensive foundation programme for candidates who want structured preparation before entry into a degree programme.

Successful applicants will be expected to enrol for the 2027 UTME examination, sit for the correct UTME subject combination and seek admission into 100-level of the chosen undergraduate programme.

The programme serves candidates who are ready for further academic preparation before the next UTME cycle.

Who can apply for FUOTUOKE Pre-Degree admission?

Applicants must possess credit passes in O'level subjects in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.

The required result must contain at least five subjects, including English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects and the credits must be from not more than two sittings.

Successful applicants must also enrol for the 2027 UTME examination with the relevant subject combination for the desired degree programme.

The application fee is Ten Thousand Naira, N10,000.00 only.

The payment is non-refundable and candidates will be expected to complete the online application through the FUOTUOKE application portal.

Candidates should complete the online application process through the official application portal.

The process should be handled with correct personal details and clear copies of the required documents, since the uploaded records will be used for screening and registration.

2. Make the non-refundable payment of N10,000.00

6. Proceed to the School of Basic Studies complex with the acknowledgement printout and copies of uploaded documents for screening and registration

What documents are required for the online application?

Applicants will be required to upload clear copies of their documents during the online application.

• Passport photograph in JPG format
• Scanned copy of WAEC, NECO or NABTEB O'level result or results
• Scanned copy of LGA identification letter in PDF format
• Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration in PDF format

Where will screening and registration take place?

After completing the online process, applicants are to report to the School of Basic Studies complex, West Campus, Federal University Otuoke, for screening and registration.
