When and where to collect academic gowns
Graduands are to collect their academic gowns from their respective School Secretaries.

FUTMINNA directed that the academic gown is to be returned to a representative of the graduand's school at the point of certificate collection.

The notice listed two cost points:
Late return penalty
If a graduand does not return the gown at the point of certificate collection, a late submission penalty applies:
- N2,000.00 per day
Cost for loss of gown
If an academic gown is lost, the notice stated that the gown must be fully replaced at:
- N38,000.00
