• Notification of Registration with NMCN.
• O'level results from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or GCE.
• Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in no more than two sittings.
• Teller or receipt of payment.
• Scanned copies of O'level results.
