Holy Rosary Hospital, Emekuku Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 for ND Nursing Admission

The College of Nursing Sciences at Holy Rosary Hospital, Emekuku, has started selling Post-UTME forms for the 2025/2026 ND Nursing programme. If you wrote JAMB and meet the basic entry marks, here’s what to know.

Basic Requirements

To apply, you must:

• Score at least 150 in your 2025 UTME
• Have credit passes in the following five subjects from WAEC or NECO, in not more than two sittings:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology

Application Fee and Payment Details

You’ll need to pay a total of ₦30,500 broken down as follows:

• Post-UTME/Documentation: ₦28,500
• Form: ₦2,000

Required Documents

Bring along:

• Two recent passport photographs
• Your O’level result (printed or original certificate)
• Birth certificate (National Population Commission or sworn affidavit)
• Secondary school testimonial
• JAMB result slip

Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Pay into the account above or at the school’s account office
2. Take your teller or bank receipt to the school account office to get an official receipt
3. Collect and fill your form at the College of Nursing Sciences Department
4. Submit the completed form right after filling
5. Photocopy your filled form, receipts and all documents
6. Return the photocopies to the same department for record keeping

Post-UTME Exam Date

• Date: Saturday, 23 August 2025
• Time: 8:00 a.m.
• Venue: College of Nursing Sciences, Holy Rosary Hospital, Emekuku

A scratch card for result checking will be sold on the exam day. Come with some extra cash just in case.
