KanoPoly Pre-ND to ND I Registration 2025/2026

This is the Kano State Polytechnic Pre-ND to ND I students registration procedure for the 2025/2026 academic session. The steps below keep the order and requirements as stated; no guesswork, no extra items.

This procedure applies to Pre-ND students moving into ND I for the 2025/2026 session.

Step-by-step registration for Pre-ND to ND I students

Step 1: Collect the placement form

The student proceeds to the School of Basic Studies and collects the placement form.

Step 2: Update records at M.I.S

The student goes to the M.I.S Department for data update; details matter here, even small ones.

Step 3: Log in and prepare to print the Polytechnic admission letter

The candidate logs in to the account to print the Polytechnic admission letter.

Step 4: Pay acceptance fee before printing the admission letter

Before printing the admission letter, the candidate makes this payment:

• Admission acceptance fee: N10,000.00

Step 5: Departmental screening and stamping

The candidate proceeds to the relevant department for screening; the admission letters are signed and stamped there.

Step 6: Pay union dues at Micro Finance Bank

The candidate proceeds to Micro Finance Bank for the payment of union dues:

• Union dues: N1,500.00

Step 7: School assessment and document photocopies

The candidate meets the Students Affairs Officer at the relevant school for assessment, with photocopies of:

• Copy of screened Polytechnic admission letter
• Copy of JAMB admission letter (for ND)
• Copy of teller for payment of union dues
• Copies of all original documents
• Passport photograph

Step 8: Account activation

The candidate meets the M.I.S staff for account activation.

Step 9: Portal payments and printing (receipts, CRF, exam card)

The candidate logs in on the Kano State Polytechnic SRMS website and completes the listed actions:

• Pay central registration fee
• Pay departmental registration
• Print receipts
• Print course registration form (C.R.F.)
• Print student examination card

Step 10: Library registration

The candidate proceeds to the library for library registration.

Step 11: Payment authentication at the bursary

The candidate proceeds to the Bursary Department at Central Administration for payment authentication.

Step 12: Final departmental documentation

Finally, the candidate proceeds to the department with:

• Two (2) copies of all credentials
• Two recent passport photographs

Fees in this procedure

• Admission acceptance fee: N10,000.00
• Union dues: N1,500.00
