KolaDaisi University (KDU), Ibadan has announced its 9th Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session. The event will hold on Thursday, 5 February 2026, at 11:00 am; it will take place within the University campus.

What the ceremony covers

The ceremony will take place at Agbeke Hall, where newly admitted students will be formally received into the University community and take the matriculation oath. That Oath marks the start of their academic path at KolaDaisi University; it is the point where the new intake becomes part of the campus community in full.

Who will preside

KDU stated that the Matriculation Ceremony will be presided over by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Adeniyi Olatumbosun, SAN. He will welcome the new students and administer the matriculation rites on behalf of the University Senate; the formal proceedings will follow the usual Senate-led order.
