KSUK Registration Guide 2025/2026 for New Students

Kogi State University, Kabba (KSUK) has released the full registration process for new students admitted into the 2025/2026 academic session. This guide is for fresh 100-level and Direct Entry students who have been offered provisional admission to KSUK. Every step, from paying fees to completing documentation, is explained clearly to help students complete their registration successfully.
Step-by-Step Registration Process at KSUK
1. Access the KSUK Student Portal
Visit the university's official website at www.ksukabba.edu.ng. Click on New Student and enter your JAMB registration number to open your personal student portal.

2. Pay Acceptance and School Fees
Pay the acceptance fee through Remita. The fee is ten thousand naira (₦10,000) for indigenes and twenty thousand naira (₦20,000) for non-indigenes. After this, pay your school fees according to your programme of study and print the receipts for both payments.
3. Submit Required Admission Documents
Take a copy of your Post-UTME printout and the institution's copy of your JAMB admission letter to the Admission Officer at the university for verification.
4. Collect and Complete the Screening Form
Visit the Registration Desk to collect your personalised screening form. Complete the form carefully with accurate details.
5. Verify Payments at the Bursary
Present your screening form to the Bursary with proof of the following payments:
- Post-UTME screening fee: ₦2,000
- Acceptance fee receipt (Remita)
- School fees receipt
Registration will not be possible without full payment of school fees.
6. Complete Faculty Documentation
Proceed to your Faculty Officer with:
- Certified screening form from the Bursary
- Two passport photographs
- Photocopies of academic results
- Photocopy of UTME result slip
- Photocopy of State of Origin certificate
- Photocopy of birth certificate or declaration of age
Bring all original documents for verification by the Faculty Officer.
7. Data Capture at ICT Centre
Visit the ICT Centre for biometric data capture. This step ensures your information is recorded in the KSUK student database.
8. Meet Your Academic Adviser
Finally, see your Academic Adviser in your department for course guidance and registration.
