• Go to Kwara Polytechnic admission portal at https://portal.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng/login_app.php
• Enter your Application Form Number and Surname in the required columns
• Finally, click on login to access and print your Kwara State Polytechnic HND Screening Result
