KWCON Oke-Ode Acceptance & School Fees 2020/2021

This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Kwara State College of Nursing (KWCON), Oke-Ode 3 year Basic Nursing Programme for the 2020/2021 academic session that the management of the institution has published the amount to be paid as acceptance and school fees and the payment guidelines.

KWCON Oke-Ode Acceptance & School Fees

Step 1: Check your Admission Status

Note that you are to pay for Acceptance letter (10,000.00) & OSCE (Objective Structural Clinical Examination Fee) (15,000.00).

It is important that you pay for both before you pay your school fees.

PAY YOUR ACCEPTANCE FEES AND OSCE FEES BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO PAY FOR SCHOOL FEES.

Step 2: Pay your School fees

AFTER YOU MUST HAVE PAY YOUR ACCEPTANCE FEES and OSCE FEES, you can now go ahead and pay your school fees. Note that indigene(Kwarans) freshers are paying (116,000 + Interswitch fee (300) while non-idigenes (non-Kwarans) freshers are paying (186,000 + Interswitch fee (300)

Indigene (Kwarans) can pay school fees HERE, while NON-Indigene (Non-Kwarans) can pay school fees HERE.

Remember to print out your invoice after payment. This serves as evidence of payment and it should be presented on resumption at the bursary department for further documentation.

Step 3: Print your Admission letter and acceptance letter

• After paying your school fees and also printed your school fees invoice, go to the college portal
• Enter your Application Number e.g (KWCONOO/2020/2021/app/000***)
• Enter your Access Code (12-Digits Numbers) on your ADMISSION FORM INVOICE, NOT THE SCHOOL FEES INVOICE.
• Click on Login
• On the side menu, select
• Admission Letter to print your admission letter.
• Acceptance letter to print your acceptance letter.
• Application Slip to print your Application slip. 

Your are to present all this document and your other credentials at the registry department for documentation.

Step 4: Course Registration

• After paying your school fees and also printed your school fees invoice, go to the college portal
• Enter your Application Number e.g (KWCONOO/2020/2021/app/000***)
• Enter your Access Code (12-Digits Numbers) on your ADMISSION FORM INVOICE, NOT THE SCHOOL FEES INVOICE.
• Click on Login
• On the side menu, select COURSE REGISTRATION,
• Select the Academic session(i.e. 2020/2021)
• Select the semester ( semester 1)
• Enter the access code on your SCHOOL FEES INVOICE
• Then select next to register for your courses. 

After registration, print out your course form for further documentation on resumption

ALL PAYMENT (ACCEPTANCE & SCHOOL FEES) CLOSES ON 9TH NOVEMBER, 2020.
