LASCOHET Admission Form for 2026/2027 Academic Session

Lagos State College of Health Technology, LASCOHET, Yaba, has opened its admission form for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The admission notice covers candidates who want training in health-related areas such as Environmental Health, Community Health, Complementary Health Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Health Information Management, Morbid Sciences, Pharmacy Technician studies and Biomedical Technology. Applicants who plan to study at LASCOHET should complete the online form before the stated deadline.

Programmes Available at LASCOHET

LASCOHET offers several study routes through its schools and departments.

Applicants can choose from the following options:

1. School of Environmental Health Technology
2. School of Community Health
3. School of Complementary Health Sciences
4. School of Medical Laboratory
5. School of Health Information Management
6. School of Morbid Sciences
7. School of Pharmacy Technician
8. School of Biomedical Technology

Each option serves candidates who want to build skills for health technology practice. The college runs these programmes from its Yaba campus.

LASCOHET Application Fees

Applicants should take note of the fees stated for the admission exercise.

The application form costs ₦10,000, while the processing fee also costs ₦10,000. Candidates must make both payments through the application system before they can fill and complete the form.

LASCOHET also requires a result verification fee.

For one sitting of O’Level results, the result verification fee is ₦7,500. Applicants using two sittings must pay ₦15,000 for result verification.

How to Apply for LASCOHET Admission

Applicants should complete the admission process through the college portal.

They should visit the LASCOHET application portal, click “Apply Now”, read the instructions on the page and continue by selecting “Proceed Now”. The portal then asks for basic personal details.

A valid email address matters here; LASCOHET uses it as the main contact channel with each applicant.

After entering the required details, applicants should follow the payment steps shown on the portal. Once payment goes through, the form will load for completion.

Candidates should fill in all required information with care. Names, result details and contact information should match their records.

Result Verification and Final Steps

After completing the main form, applicants must pay the result verification fee based on the number of O’Level sittings used.

The fee is ₦7,500 for one sitting and ₦15,000 for two sittings. After payment, candidates should print their payment receipts and completed application form.

LASCOHET will send an email confirmation after processing the application. That email gives the applicant access to the Applicant Portal for further registrations.

LASCOHET Admission Deadline

The deadline for the LASCOHET admission form is 18 July 2026.

Applicants should finish the online form, payment, result verification and printing before that date. Waiting too close to the deadline can leave little room to correct errors.
