MAPOLY Registration & Fees Payment Deadline for 2nd Semester 2025/2026

Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta has restated Friday, 12 June 2026 as the final deadline for the payment of the outstanding 40% school fees balance and completion of registration for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session. Students are advised to regularise their registration status before the stated date.

The notice applies to National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students across full-time and part-time programmes. No further extension will be granted.

What is the MAPOLY registration deadline?

The final deadline for registration and payment of the outstanding 40% school fees balance is Friday, 12 June 2026. Students who still have pending payment or registration issues are expected to complete them on or before this date.

Management had earlier fixed Friday, 1 May 2026 as the deadline under the approved academic calendar. The date has now been extended to Friday, 12 June 2026.

Why was the deadline extended?

The deadline was extended to give students another opportunity to regularise their registration status. This applies to students with an outstanding 40% balance of school fees and incomplete second semester registration.

The second semester of the 2025/2026 academic session began on Monday, 4 May 2026. Students who are yet to complete payment and registration should treat the new date as final.

Which students are affected by the deadline?

The directive covers students in National Diploma and Higher National Diploma programmes. It applies to both full-time and part-time students.

Affected students include:

• ND Full-Time students
• ND Part-Time students
• HND Full-Time students
• HND Part-Time students

Students in these categories should complete payment and registration by Friday, 12 June 2026. The notice has stated that the deadline will not be extended again.

What payment must be completed?

Students are required to pay the outstanding 40% balance of their school fees. The payment must be completed together with second semester registration.

A student who has paid but has not completed registration should also regularise the record before the deadline. Registration status will depend on the completion of the required steps.

Will MAPOLY extend the deadline again?

Management has stated that no further extension of the registration deadline will be granted. Friday, 12 June 2026 is the final date.

Students should avoid waiting until the last day where possible; payment or registration delays may affect their status. The safest action is to complete the process before the deadline.

When will MAPOLY mid-semester test hold?

The mid-semester test for all categories of students will hold from Monday, 22 June to Friday, 26 June 2026. Students should prepare for the test after completing the required registration.

The test date comes shortly after the registration deadline. Students with pending registration matters should resolve them before the test week begins.
