MOCPED Resumption Date for 2nd Semester 2021/2022

The management of the Michael Otedola College of Primary Education (MOCPED) has announced the date for the resumption of academic activities for the second semester, 2021/2022 academic session.

Students at Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, MOCPED, will resume classes on Monday, July 18, 2022, for the Second Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Session.

Part-time and full-time NCE students were previously scheduled to return on Monday, July 11, 2022, which coincided with the declared Federal Government public holiday Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

At its 128th regular meeting on Monday, 4 July 2022, the College Management noted that the 2021/2022 Academic Calendar for NCE students indicated that Monday, 11 July 2022 has been fixed for the resumption of all NCE students for the Second Semester 2021/2022 academic session.

However, given the Federal Government's declaration of Monday, 11 and Tuesday, 12 as public holidays for Eid-el-Kabir, the College Management decided to approve the recommendation to move the resumption date for all NCE students from Monday, 11 to Monday, 18 July, 2022.

All stakeholders are urged to take note of the change in the resumption date and follow proper procedures.
