Key Responsibilities
The role includes:
- Product Design: Create scalable and secure digital product architectures that align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product owners, developers and business leaders to define roadmaps and ensure seamless system integration.
- Technology Leadership: Recommend and implement technologies and platforms for product development.
- Technical Oversight: Guide development teams to follow best practices in software design and architecture.
- Scalability and Performance: Develop solutions that perform well under high demand.
- Strategy Development: Align digital and technology strategies with global policies and customer needs.
- System Architecture: Maintain system architecture and ensure smooth integration using modern technologies like cloud platforms and APIs.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must meet the following:
- Hold a BSc or master's degree in computer science, systems design, IT or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in product architecture design or management.
- Certifications in platforms like Azure or AWS are an advantage.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have:
- Knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Java, Python, APIs).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of architecture frameworks and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps tools like Jira and Docker.
- Experience in product lifecycle management.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of sales systems such as Distributor Management Systems, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), e-commerce platforms and POS systems.
- Ability to manage system integration and design for commercial functions.
