NIMELSSA Essay Competition 2025: Opens For Entries

The Nigerian Medical Laboratory Science Students Association (NIMELSSA) has thrown open the gates for its 2025 National Essay Competition. This year's topic is as direct as it is relevant: "Challenges to Achieving Academic Excellence as a Medical Laboratory Science Student in Nigeria and How to Overcome It."

It is a subject close to the heart of every student in the field. Struggles with limited resources, balancing coursework and other daily hurdles are real. The contest invites students to share ideas, reflect honestly and perhaps even spark changes.

Who Can Take Part

Eligibility is simple:

• Open to all medical laboratory science students across Nigeria
• Each essay must stick to a 250-word limit

So whether you are in your early years or nearing graduation, this contest welcomes your perspective.
