Notice to All Northwest University Kano Graduating Students

Notice to all Northwest University, Kano, NWU graduating students on collection of  their degree statement of result.

This is to inform all graduating students of the Northwest University, Kano (NWU) that they can collect their degree statement of result as from Wednesday 17^th May, 2017 from the following Staff in the academic office.

1. Department of Arts & Social Science Education (Faculty of Education)
   UMAR ADAMU BELLO (Room 212 Second Floor)
2. Faculty of Humanities
   ABUBAKAR IBRAHIM (Room 210 Second Floor)
3. Faculty of Science
   UMMA LAWAL DODO (Room 211 Second Floor)
4. Faculty of Social & Management Science
   JAFARU SULE MUHAMMAD (Academic Sec. Office Second Floor)
5. Department of Science & Tech. Education (Faculty of Education)
   SAFIA ALI KOTE (Opposite Academic Sec. Office Second Floor)

The Graduating Students are expected to come along with photocopies of the following documents;

1. Admission Letter
2. JAMB result slip for (UTME) candidates and JAMB Registration E-slip for DIRECT ENTRY (DE) candidates
3. JAMB admission letter (or evidence of request)
4. 'A' Level statement of result (s) for DE candidates
5. 'O' Level statement of result (s) for both UTME and DE candidates
6. Transcript of academic records for ordinary Diploma and National Diploma candidates
7. Primary school leaving certificate or testimonial
8. Birth certificate or declaration of age
9. Indigene identification certificate/attestation
10. Letter of reference as specified in the admission letter
11. Medical certificate as specified in the admission letter
12. Scratch card for checking 'O' level results(s) (WAEC, NECO etc) for those who did not submit
13. Passport size photograph (white coloured background)
