NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Programme 2026

Who can apply
Applicants for the programme must meet the following:
- Interest in sales and a clear drive to grow
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
- A minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2)
- Completed NYSC
- Not older than 28 years at the time of application
