OAU ICT Training Schedule for Fresh Students 2025/2026

Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has released the schedule for its ICT Training Programme designed for newly admitted students. The training is part of the university's orientation process aimed at helping fresh students become familiar with the school's digital platforms and online learning systems.

According to the official timetable, the training will be held on two separate dates: from Wednesday, 29th to Friday, 31st October 2025 and from Thursday, 6th to Friday, 7th November 2025. The venue for all sessions is the ICT Centre and the programme will begin daily at 9 a.m.

The ICT training for new students at OAU focuses on building basic computer literacy and introducing participants to key digital tools used within the university. Students will learn how to access online lectures, submit assignments and manage their academic records through the university portal.

The sessions are compulsory for all fresh students and will be conducted by ICT experts from the university. Attendance ensures that participants can confidently use online platforms for registration, result checking and communication during their stay at OAU.
