Kwara College of Health Tech. Offa Admission Forms 2025/2026

The Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa (KWACOTECH), has opened applications for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The application is online and payment must be made through the portal using an ATM card.

Steps to Apply

1. Visit the application portal – Apply for KWACOTECH Admission.
2. Fill in your details – Provide your surname, first name, middle name, email (Gmail only) and phone number.
3. Verify your email – A verification link will be sent to your Gmail. Click on it to confirm.
4. Log in to continue – If you started before, continue using this link.
5. Upload a passport photograph – The image must not exceed 25KB.
6. Make payment – Choose one of the following categories:
   • ND Processing Fee: ₦15,000 (For National Diploma courses)
   • HND Application: ₦15,000
   • Other Applications: ₦15,000
7. Print your payment receipt – Keep a copy for reference.
8. Complete the application form – Enter your details, course preferences and academic qualifications.
9. Print required documents – This includes the completed application form, acknowledgement/exam permit slip and referee form.
10. Make payments personally – Do not allow a third party to pay for you.

Important Notes

• Public Health Nursing is for nursing school graduates.
• Public Health Technician is for secondary school leavers.
• Certain ND programmes require the 2025 UTME.

Admission Requirements

National Diploma (ND) and Certificate Programmes

• Five credits in WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB in:
  • Mathematics
  • English
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
• Some courses accept an additional subject from Economics, Geography or a Nigerian language.

Higher National Diploma (HND)

• Completion of a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field with at least a lower credit pass.
• Five credits in relevant O'level subjects.
• One-year Industrial Training (IT) experience.

Pharmacy Technician Certification

The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) has approved a refresher course for Pharmacy Technicians who graduated before 2017.

Successful candidates will be eligible for Direct Entry admission into pharmacy programmes at Nigerian universities.

Remedial Studies

Candidates with O'level deficiencies can enrol in a six-month remedial programme.

Admission into the College of Health Technology is automatic upon:

• Achieving a minimum 2.0 CGP in O'level subjects taken at the college.
• Remedying all necessary O'level deficiencies.
