1. Educational Qualifications: Provide original and photocopies of your WAEC, SSCE or NECO certificates, with five credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. These results must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
2. Age Verification: Submit a National Population Commission Birth Certificate or an Affidavit for declaration of age.
3. School Testimonial: Present a testimonial from your previous school.
4. Letter of Recommendation: Obtain a letter from your Parish Priest or Pastor.
5. Marriage Certificate: Applicable only if you are married.
6. Passport Photographs: Submit three recent passport photographs. These must be taken by a designated school photographer.

1. Visit the school and obtain the application form.
2. Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦20,100 into First Bank of Nigeria PLC.
3. The sale of application forms will continue until 3rd October 2024.
