Polytechnic Ibadan HND CBT Entrance Exam Dates 2023/2024
The Polytechnic Ibadan (PolyIbadan) has announced the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for its Higher National Diploma (HND) program for the 2023/2024 academic session, scheduled from July 17-18, 2023. Candidates are instructed to reprint two copies of their Acknowledgment Card that contains details of the CBT schedule. A clearly captured passport photograph is required on the card. Only candidates who meet departmental score requirements will be invited for an oral interview.
The Polytechnic Ibadan, often known as PolyIbadan, has released an important update regarding its Higher National Diploma (HND) programme for the 2023/2024 academic year. This follows the announcement of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for all HND applicants.

Candidates who have submitted applications for the HND programme are hereby informed that the CBT has been scheduled to hold from Monday, 17th July, to Tuesday, 18th July, 2023. This crucial stage of the admission process enables the institution to assess applicants' capabilities and suitability for the programme.

Procedure for Acknowledgment Card Reprint
All candidates are expected to login and reprint two copies of their Acknowledgment Card. The card will provide essential details of their CBT, including the scheduled date and time of the examination. They are required to bring both copies of the Acknowledgment Card to the examination centre.
It's worth noting that the Acknowledgment Card should bear a clearly captured passport photograph of the candidate. This serves as an additional means of identity verification and ensures that the examination process is carried out smoothly and transparently.
Selection Criteria and Interview Stage
Upon completion of the CBT, only candidates who successfully meet the score threshold for their respective departments will be invited for the next stage of the admission process – the Oral Interview. This ensures a high standard of student intake and enables the institution to handpick the most suitable and competent candidates for its HND programme.
