Apply for PTI HND Admission Form 2025/2026 | Full-Time
PTI Effurun has opened its 2025 HND admission form for full-time programmes. Application runs from 16th June to 20th August, with interviews scheduled for 25th to 29th August. Late registration attracts a higher fee.
The Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, is now taking applications for its Higher National Diploma (HND) full-time programmes for the 2025/2026 session. If you have a National Diploma and the required O'Level subjects, this is your chance to move forward.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold an ND in a related field
- Have five O'Level credits including English and Maths
- First register on the NBTE portal before applying on PTI's site
How to Apply
- Go to PTI's website
- Click Programmes Menu, choose Higher National Diploma, then click Apply Here
- On the sign-on page, fill in your details and click Sign Up
- Generate your RRR code and take it to the bank to pay ₦15,000
- Return to the site, click on Applicant Login and enter your username and password
- Complete the application form, print it out and bring it along on the interview day
Late application: ₦20,000 from 21st to 24th August 2025
Interview Details
- Interview dates: 25th to 29th August 2025
- Venue: PTI Campus, Effurun, Delta State
- Deadline for transcripts: 25th August 2025 (must arrive via courier)
- Bring your payment slip as proof of transcript processing
