The management of Sule Lamido University (SLU), Kafin Hausa, has issued a formal notice on a screening exercise organised by the Jigawa State Scholarship Board. The notification targets fresh Level 100 and Level 200 students of Jigawa State origin; attendance is Mandatory.
A university circular dated 3 February 2026 and signed by the Acting Academic Secretary, Iziddin Ibrahim, directs affected students to take part in the verification exercise.

Who must attend the verification exercise
The directive applies to:
- fresh Level 100 students of Jigawa State origin
- fresh Level 200 students of Jigawa State origin
Students within this group are expected to appear for screening as scheduled; no back-and-forth.

The screening will hold for three days.
- Date: Tuesday, 10 February to Thursday, 12 February 2026
- Time: 10:00 am daily
- Venue: Hall B, Counselling and Human Development Centre, SLU Kafin Hausa
Purpose of the screening
