This trainee programme offers a chance to join the team and learn on the job.
You will handle real tasks and move across different parts of the bank.
The training will help build work skills and job knowledge.
The goal is to grow young people into full bank workers.
Understand what you will do
You will work in different areas with tasks that change often.
You will learn how the bank runs and take part in real work.
You will work with others and help solve tasks.
You will start in Lagos but may get moved to other offices in Nigeria.
You must show that you want a career in banking.
Check the basic entry needs
- Get a Second Class Upper or better in any course from a known school.
- Have 5 credits in WAEC, NECO or GCE, with English and Maths included.
- Finish NYSC and have your discharge paper.
- Be no older than 26 years when applying.
- Write your date of birth, gender and degree class in the form.
Know what skills to show
- Think clearly and solve problems.
- Use a computer well.
- Work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Speak and write in clear English.
- Lead when needed and work alone.
- Be fair and honest.
- Care about people and their needs.
