UCH Ibadan Perioperative Nursing Admission Form 2025/2026

The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan offers a one-year course leading to qualification as a Registered Perioperative Nurse. This is a full-time, residential programme designed to boost your nursing career through specialist surgical care training.

Meet the admission requirements

Before starting the application, check if you meet all the entry conditions:

• Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practice licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
• Hold five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WASSCE, NECO SSCE or GCE O' Level
  • Results must be from no more than two sittings and must be from the same exam body
• Have at least one year of post-qualification experience as a General Nurse
• Get official release approval for one full year from your current employer or school
• Be ready to study full-time and live on campus

Here's how to submit your application for the 2025/2026 session:

1. Go to the UCH Schools' Portal:
   
   Visit https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng/
2. Make the payment:
   
   Click on the REMITA PAYMENT button and pay ₦25,000
3. Create an account:
   
   After payment, sign up using your RRR number, email and password
4. Log in:
   
   Use your email and password to access the application form
5. Download the guide:
   
   Get the Applicants' User Guide from the portal
6. Print your documents:
   
   Print two copies of your form and photocard and bring them to the exam
7. Make an extra payment:
   
   Pay ₦200 to Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee
   • Bank: First Bank PLC

Prepare for the entrance exam and interview

• The entrance exam is on 2nd July 2025
• The interview is on 3rd July 2025
• Only candidates with a valid, printed photocard will be allowed into the exam hall
