UNILESA Matriculation Ceremony Details

Date: The ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, 12th December 2023.
Time: Festivities begin at 10:00 am, with attendees encouraged to be punctual.

Participation Criteria

Eligibility: Participation in the matriculation is exclusive to students who have completed their financial commitments to UNILESA, including the payment of acceptance and tuition fees.

Academic Gown Collection

Matriculating students are to collect their academic gowns from their respective Faculty Officers.
Collection Date: Gowns will be available from 11:00 am on Monday, 11th December 2023.

Gown Return Policy

Return Deadline: Gowns must be returned by 2:00 pm on the day of the matriculation, Tuesday, 12th December 2023.
Late Returns: Delayed returns or loss of gowns will result in a penalty fine.
