UNIZIK Clearance and Registration 2024/2025: Schedule and Steps

The Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has announced the schedule for clearance and registration for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The process will begin on Monday, 18th November 2024, for newly admitted students across all faculties.

Required Documents for Clearance

Ensure all the following documents are prepared and submitted during the clearance process.

1. Birth certificate or baptismal certificate
2. O'Level result(s) — WAEC, NECO or NABTEB
3. UNIZIK admission status slip
4. Original JAMB result slip
5. Original JAMB admission letter
6. Local government identification letter
7. Four to six passport photographs

Steps to Complete UNIZIK Clearance and Registration

Newly admitted candidates must first check and accept their admission on the UNIZIK portal.

Proceed to the Admissions Unit for either physical or online clearance based on the university's instructions.

Strictly adhere to the schedule to avoid delays or being turned away.
