UUTH College of Nursing Sciences Post UTME Form 2025/2026

The University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH) College of Nursing Sciences, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, has announced the commencement of its admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session. The College invites qualified candidates to apply for admission into its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes.

The announcement, made by the Registrar's Office, encourages interested applicants who wish to build a successful career in nursing to apply to one of Nigeria's most respected health training centres. Admission Requirements for UUTH College of Nursing Sciences

Applicants seeking admission into the ND or HND Nursing programmes must satisfy the following criteria:

• Candidates must have sat for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored at least 170.
• Applicants should be at least 16 years old by 30th November 2025.
• They must have five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, GCE, SSCE or NECO.

Candidates who meet these requirements are advised to apply early to avoid missing the deadline. The College reminds prospective students that nursing demands discipline, dedication and a genuine passion for healthcare service.

How to Apply

Qualified candidates are to purchase the application form after paying a non-refundable fee of ₦30,000 to the Bursary Department of the UUTH College of Nursing Sciences.

Applicants must submit the following documents during registration:

1. Three recent coloured passport photographs.
2. Photocopies of all academic credentials.
3. JAMB result slip showing the UTME score.

Collection and submission of forms begin on Monday, 3rd November 2025 and close on Friday, 14th November 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Post-UTME Screening Details

The Post-UTME Screening Examination will take place on Monday, 17th November 2025, at the College Auditorium, located within the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital premises. The examination starts at 9:00 a.m.

Candidates are to bring the following:

• Proof of payment for the application form.
• Completed registration slip.
• JAMB printout as evidence of UTME participation.

Applicants are expected to arrive early, neatly dressed and without electronic devices or unauthorised materials.
