The Wema Bank Bankers in Training (BIT) Programme is open to young graduates who want to build a career in banking technology or sales. If you are passionate about digital tools, financial services or client relations, this is your chance to join one of Nigeria's most respected banks.

There are two tracks: one for Tech and one for Sales. Both offer training, real experience and good pay with extra benefits.
