The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Gombe State University (GSU) chapter, has announced the 2025 indigent scholarship award.
This scholarship aims to assist students who demonstrate financial need and academic ability.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be indigent and in need of financial support.
- Be a student with a CGPA of at least 3.0.
- Submit an application letter of no more than two pages, including:
- Full name.
- Course and year of study.
- State of origin.
- Phone number.
Required Documents
Applicants must include the following with their application:
- A photocopy of a valid identity card.
- A letter from the Head of Department showing the current CGPA for the 2022/2023 academic session.
- A copy of the registration form for the 2023/2024 academic session.
- Two passport photographs.
Note: Students in 100-level are not eligible to apply.
