FCMLST, Jos Post UTME Form 2024/2025

The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology (FCMLST), Jos post UTME form for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available.

Applicants are invited to apply for the Post-UTME screening to gain admission into the College’s National Diploma programmes.

Available Programmes at FCMLST, Jos

The College offers the following National Diploma programmes:

1. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
2. Environmental Health Technology (EHT).

These courses are designed to equip students with essential skills for their careers.

Eligibility Criteria for FCMLST Post UTME

You must meet the following requirements to apply:

• You must have chosen FCMLST, Jos as your first choice in the 2024/2025 JAMB UTME and scored at least 140.
• Candidates who scored 140 or more in JAMB but did not select FCMLST, Jos can apply after changing their institution to the College through the JAMB portal at JAMB Website.
• You must have five O’Level credits in Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics obtained in not more than two sittings from GCE/NECO or WAEC.
• All O’Level results must be within five years of application.
• The course duration for both programmes is two years.

Application Process for FCMLST Post UTME

Applicants must follow these steps to complete their application:

1. Obtain the application form and fill it with accurate details.
2. Attach all required credentials and submit them to the Admission Unit at: Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology,
   P.M.B. 2253, Jos, Plateau State.

Screening Schedule and Registration

• Screening and registration will take place from 16th December 2024 to 17th January 2025.
• The venue is the College Assembly Complex.
• All applicants must report by 10:00 am on the specified dates.

Payment of Acceptance Fee

Successful candidates must pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of N20,000 through the Treasury Single Account (TSA).

Steps for Making Payment on Remita

1. Visit Remita.
2. Select PAY TSA & States.
3. Choose PAY FGN.
4. Under “Who to Pay,” select Federal School of Medical Laboratory Jos 052102704200.
5. Choose the service type (e.g., school fees or hostel accommodation).
6. Enter “Nil” for the GIFMIS code.
7. Provide the purpose of payment in the description field.
8. Fill in the amount, payer’s name, phone number, and email.
9. Submit the details and choose your preferred payment method.
10. Complete the payment and generate a receipt with the Remita code.
