Federal Poly Ado Clearance Requirements 2024/2025 | ND & HND

The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti online clearance requirements for the 2024/2025 academic session have been released.

This applies to newly admitted ND and HND students for full-time and part-time programmes.

Clearance Requirements for ND Programmes

The following documents are required for clearance into National Diploma (ND) programmes:

1. Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti Post-UTME screening result slip.
2. Online application form.
3. Original copy of O’Level certificate or signed and stamped statement of O’Level result.
4. JAMB/UTME score printout.
5. Change of institution/course form to Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti (if applicable).
6. Admission status printout via JAMB CAPS.
7. JAMB admission letter.
8. Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti admission letter.
9. Biodata printout from JAMB CAPS.
10. Guarantor’s letter from two reputable individuals, such as a clergyman or public officer not below GL 12.

Clearance Requirements for HND Programmes

The following documents are required for clearance into Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes:

1. Original copy of O’Level certificate.
2. ND statement of result (not later than March 2024 for candidates with Distinction, Upper Credit, or Lower Credit).
3. ND statement of result (not later than March 2023 for candidates with a Pass grade).
4. Industrial Training (IT) letter for a minimum of 9 months (Distinction, Upper Credit, and Lower Credit grades).
5. Industrial Training (IT) letter for a minimum of 18 months (Pass grade).
6. ND JAMB admission letter.
7. JAMB part-time application form (for evening and part-time candidates only).
8. Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti admission letter.
9. Guarantor’s letter from two reputable individuals, such as a clergyman or public officer not below GL 12.
10. Certificate of Local Government origin.
11. Academic transcript sent to the institution (for candidates with ND from other institutions).
