The College of Nursing Sciences at Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kware, Sokoto, invites applications for the Post Basic Mental Health-Psychiatric Nursing Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Programme Details

• Programme: Post Basic Mental Health-Psychiatric Nursing
• Duration: 18 calendar months

Entry Requirements

To be eligible, candidates must have:

• Five O’level credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Results obtained in no more than two sittings from WAEC or NECO.
• NABTEB results cannot be combined with any other certificate.
• A General Nursing Certificate (RN) registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

Sale of Forms

• Start Date: Friday, 17 January 2025
• End Date: Friday, 14 March 2025

Forms are available at the Admissions Office of the College after payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000 at the Accounts and Finance Department of the hospital.

Entrance Examination and Interview

Details of the entrance examination and interview will be sent to applicants through SMS.
