FULAFIA Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2026 Admission

Who should apply?

Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has started the post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. The form is now live.

Only those who chose FULAFIA as their first choice during UTME registration are eligible. Candidates must also meet these requirements:

• Five credits in relevant subjects, including Maths and English, from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. You can combine results but not more than two sittings.
• A minimum JAMB score of 170. Some departments require higher:
  • Human Anatomy and Physiology: 200
  • Nursing and Radiography: 210
  • Medical Laboratory Science (MLS): 220
  • MBBS: 230
• For Direct Entry, a merit or lower credit pass is the minimum.

When to register

Screening registration runs from 21 July to 22 August 2025.

You must pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 to complete the process.

How to apply

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Visit the FULAFIA application portal.
2. Click on APPLY to open an account.
3. Choose Post UTME Application 2025/2026. Enter your JAMB number, email and password, then hit Proceed.
4. You’ll be moved to the login page. Use the same login details.
5. A unique number starting with FULUG… will show up. Replace your email with this number and log in again.
6. Confirm your personal details, fill in any missing information and save.
7. Make your payment. You can either:
   • Pay online through Remita
   • Print an invoice and pay at a bank
   • Use USSD, internet banking or e-wallet (Paga)

Important: Make sure you begin your payment process from the school’s portal. If you generate your payment code (RRR) elsewhere, it won’t work.

After payment:

• Verify your O’level results on the portal.
• Return to the dashboard, refresh and print your application summary and payment receipt.

Then sit tight and wait for admission updates.

A note for remedial/IJMB students

Even if you studied at FULAFIA under the Remedial or IJMB programme, you must complete this screening to be admitted into 100 or 200 level.

If you’re aiming for a spot this year, don’t delay. Get it done early.
