FUMHSF Post-UTME Form for 2025/2026 Admission
The Federal University of Medical and Health Sciences, Funtua (FUMHSF) has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. The online screening is scheduled to take place from 21st October to 25th October 2025 for eligible UTME candidates who selected FUMHSF as their first choice.
Applicants are advised to complete their registration within the given period, as no extension will be granted after the deadline.
Available Courses at FUMHSF
Candidates can apply for any of the following undergraduate programmes:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery)
- B.Sc. Human Nutrition and Dietetics
- B.Sc. Environmental Health Sciences
- B.Sc. Occupational Therapy
- B.Sc. Speech-Language Therapy
- B.N.Sc. Nursing Science
- B.Sc. Public Health
- B.Sc. Medical Physics
- B.Sc. Biotechnology
- Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT)
These courses are fully accredited and structured to prepare students for successful careers in health and medical sciences.
FUMHSF Post-UTME Screening Procedure
To complete the online screening, candidates should follow the steps below:
- Visit the official university portal: portal.fumhsf.edu.ng.
- Click “Create New Account” and register using a valid email address.
- Log in to your account and fill in the required details.
- Verify your JAMB Registration Number and personal information.
- Generate a Remita payment invoice and pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 (excluding bank charges).
- Complete the screening form and upload your relevant credentials.
- Review all details before submission and print your acknowledgement receipt.
- Confirm that your O’Level results have been uploaded on the JAMB portal at efacility.jamb.gov.ng.
Important Notice
- The Post-UTME screening is conducted strictly online.
- No physical appearance at the university campus is required.
- The deadline for submission of applications is 25th October 2025.

Change of Programme
Candidates who scored 180 and above in the UTME but did not meet the cut-off mark of 200 for their chosen course may be considered for other available programmes.
Such candidates are advised to log in to their JAMB portal to accept the change and finalise their admission process after the FUMHSF Post-UTME screening.
