Key Responsibilities

As an EFT engineer, your primary role will be to provide second-level support to financial institutions using Interswitch solutions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Independently gather and analyse data using established tools and methods.
• Data Management: Assist others in utilising existing data management systems effectively.
• Needs Assessment: Identify issues and needs to uncover potential causes and barriers.
• Recommendations: Advise on designing new processes and systems to meet professional standards and desired outcomes.
• Solutions Analysis: Analyse problems to find the best technical solutions.
