About MAUTECH’s Pre-Degree Programme
The pre-degree programme at MAUTECH is a nine-month course starting in October. It serves as an intensive refresher course aimed at secondary school leavers who are preparing for university education.
The programme is taught by experienced lecturers from various university departments. During the course, students are expected to sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and achieve the national minimum score set by JAMB.
This programme is non-residential, so students must arrange their accommodation off-campus.
Structure of MAUTECH Pre-Degree Programme
The pre-degree programme covers science and management subjects required for admission into MAUTECH programmes.
Science subjects include Biology or Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Technical Drawing, English Language, and Mathematics.
Management subjects include Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Geography, Agricultural Science, English Language, and Mathematics.
MAUTECH Pre-Degree Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission into the pre-degree programme, you must have:
- A minimum of five credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- These credits must include English Language and Mathematics.
- The credits should be obtained in no more than two sittings.
How to Apply for MAUTECH Pre-Degree Form
Follow these steps to apply for the pre-degree programme at MAUTECH:
- Visit the Application Portal
- Access the MAUTECH application portal at MAUTECH Pre-Degree Application Portal (https://mautech.dynatechcloud.com/).
- Application Fee
- The application fee is N6,000.
- Payment can be made directly on the application platform.
- Complete the Application
- Click on the “Apply” button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application.
Submission of Application
Once the application is completed, you must submit the following:
- The completed application form.
- Photocopies of your credentials.
