SSU Post UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form

The Sokoto State University (SSU) Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form is available for the 2024/2025 academic session. Candidates who selected SSU as their first choice and scored a minimum of 140 in the UTME can apply online from 7th August 2024.

Application Requirements

Direct Entry candidates must upload scanned copies of relevant A’level certificates, such as Diploma, NCE, or IJMB, on the SSU portal.

Both UTME and Direct Entry candidates need to upload their O’level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). A minimum of five credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, is required in no more than two sittings.

SSU Post UTME Screening Procedure

Step 1: Visit the SSU portal.

Step 2: Enter your JAMB Registration Number as both username and password.

Step 3: Click on ‘Update Data’ to add your phone number and email address.

Step 4: Generate and print a screening payment invoice for ₦2,000 (excluding transaction charges). Pay at any commercial bank using the invoice or click ‘Pay Now’ for online payment options.

After payment, log in again to update your biodata, academic records, and other information.

Step 5: Print your acknowledgment slip and payment receipt.

Step 6: Screening is strictly online; no physical Post-UTME exam is required.
