UNILAG Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Undergraduate Admission

The University of Lagos online registration for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into all undergraduate courses and programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session will be open from Monday, 15 June to Wednesday, 8 July 2026.

The screening is for qualified candidates who made the University of Lagos their first choice during the 2026/2027 UTME, scored 200 and above and meet the stated O'Level and age requirements.

Who Is Eligible For The UNILAG Post UTME Screening?

Candidates will be eligible to apply for the UNILAG Post-UTME Online Screening if they chose the University of Lagos as their first choice, scored 200 or above in the 2026/2027 UTME and have five credit passes at one sitting in relevant O'Level subjects.

English Language and Mathematics must be part of the required O'Level credit passes.

The University will consider only candidates who upload their O'Level results on JAMB CAPS and the UNILAG application portal on or before Friday, 14 August 2026.

What Is The Minimum UTME Score For UNILAG Post UTME?

The minimum UTME score for the UNILAG Post-UTME Screening is 200.

A candidate who scored below 200 is outside the stated requirement for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME Online Screening, even where the candidate has the required O'Level results.

What O'Level Result Is Required For UNILAG Admission Screening?

Candidates must have five credit passes at one sitting in relevant O'Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

The result must also be uploaded on both JAMB CAPS and the UNILAG application portal by Friday, 14 August 2026, because admission consideration will be tied to this upload requirement.

What Is The Age Requirement For UNILAG Post UTME?

Candidates who will not be 16 years of age by 30 September 2026 are not eligible and need not apply.

4. Log in with the UTME application number as the username.
5. Use the surname in lowercase as the password.
6. Generate and print the payment advice.
7. Pay at any commercial bank or pay online.
8. Return to the University portal and complete the screening form.
9. Print the Post-UTME Examination Pass.

Candidates should use personal and active email addresses for registration, since the email address will be the channel for communication.

When Will The UNILAG Mock Examination Hold?

The mock examinations will be held from Monday, 22 June to Sunday, 26 July 2026.

Candidates who are preparing for the online aptitude test should treat the mock period as part of the screening timetable, since it comes before the Post-UTME test window.

When Will The UNILAG Post UTME Online Aptitude Test Hold?

The Post-UTME online aptitude test will be held from Monday, 27 July to Friday, 31 July 2026.

Candidates who do not take part in the Post-UTME Online Aptitude Test will not be considered for admission.

Can Former UNILAG Students Apply Again?

Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn because of poor academic performance or absence status may re-apply.

The new admission must be for a new programme or course that is different from the former programme or course.

Can Expelled Students Get Fresh Admission Into UNILAG?

A student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission.

This rule is stated as part of the admission notice for the 2026/2027 screening exercise.

What Is UNILAG's Position On Drug Abuse?

The University has zero tolerance for drug abuse.

The University will withdraw the admission of admitted students who test positive for drug use whenever the University conducts the test, either before or after registration.
