Basic Requirements For Academic Roles

• Professor: Ph.D. or fellowship in relevant field, 10 years of full-time teaching and research experience, plus proof of publications. Administrative skill is an added plus.
• Reader: Same as above but requires 8 years' experience.
• Senior Lecturer: Same conditions, with 6 years' experience.
• Lecturer I: Ph.D. in relevant field or MB;BS with postgraduate fellowship for health sciences. Three years post-doctoral experience.
• Lecturer II: Ph.D. or MB;BS in the relevant discipline.
• Assistant Lecturer / Librarian: Master's degree in related field.
• Graduate Assistant: Bachelor's degree with at least Second Class Upper Division.

All academic applicants must be computer literate.
