Entry Requirements
To be eligible for the Nursing Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Obtain five credits at Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in no more than two sittings.
- Achieve a minimum score of 150 marks in the UTME 2024 examination.
- Only candidates who meet these requirements and satisfy the admission panel will be considered.

Online Application
- Direct Application Link:
- Visit the UNTH Nursing Programme application portal (https://schools.unthportal.org/son/SLMS.UNTHapplication/unthApplication/Index).
- Payment Instructions:
- Generate an invoice from the portal.
- Pay online via the Monnify platform using an ATM card.
- Filling the Application Form:
- Visit the College of Nursing website (https://www.nursing.unth.edu.ng/) and click “Apply now.”
- Go to the APPLICATION menu and click APPLY to start your application.
- Fill out the application form (compulsory fields are marked with asterisks *).
- Payment Verification:
- Preview your application details and submit.
- Click on VERIFY PAYMENT to pay the N20,000 (Twenty thousand naira) application fee using Monnify (debit card, Naira Master card, VISA, or Verve Card).

Post-Application Process
- Make payment and print all accompanying slips.
- If you fill out the application form but your payment pin is not ready, save and copy the application number. Your application is not submitted until payment is completed.
- To continue your application, go to APPLICATION and click on REPRINT APPLICATION, enter your application number, and click PAYMENT VERIFICATION to print your slip.
- After online registration, submit a copy of the application slip and photocopies of relevant credentials to the UNTH College of Nursing for necessary documentation.
Reprint Application Form/Exam Slip
- To reprint your slips, go to the APPLICATION menu and click REPRINT APPLICATION.
- Enter your Application number and click PRINT FORMS.

- Post-UTME: Computer-based test
