- Be a registered Nurse with a valid practising license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Possess five (5) credit passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (₦20,000).
