MICOHEST Admission Form 2026/2027

Misau College of Health Science and Technology, MICOHEST, has announced the online sale of admission forms for its accredited programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The sale starts on Monday, 23 March 2026; every applicant will also sit an Entrance Examination.

Courses available

The College has listed these programmes for the session:

• Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)
• Diploma in Community Health/CHEW (Fresh and Retrainee)
• Diploma in Medical X-ray and Imaging Technology (XRT)
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Professional Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM)

Admission requirements

For JCHEW

Candidates applying for JCHEW must have at least three credits in English, Mathematics, and Biology. They must also have passes in Chemistry and Physics, with results from not more than two sittings.

For CHEW (Fresh), XRT, MLT and HIM

Candidates applying for CHEW (Fresh), XRT, MLT, and HIM must have at least five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The results must not be from more than two sittings.

Direct entry into CHEW Level 200

Holders of JCHEW certificates who meet the stated requirements can gain admission into CHEW Level 200.

Entrance examination

The College states that all applicants must sit for an Entrance Examination.

Method of application

Applicants are to begin from the MICOHEST official website and then move to the MICOHEST application page.

The application process follows these steps:

1. Create an account with a valid phone number, or sign up with Google to access the application dashboard.
2. Choose a preferred course.
3. Click “More Information” to check the requirements.
4. Click “Apply Now” to continue with the purchase.
5. Confirm payer information and click “Accept and Pay”.
6. Pay the non-refundable application fee of N6,500 through Transfer, Card, USSD, or Visa QR.
7. Fill out the form and submit the application.
8. Click “Print Application” to get the acknowledgement slip.

Application fee

The application fee is N6,500, and it is non-refundable.
