The Ojah Scholarship Foundation has opened its 2026 Undergraduate Scholarship programme for Nigerian undergraduates in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. OSF presents the award as a fully funded package; the grant runs through the full undergraduate degree and is paid in annual instalments.
Beneficiaries receive yearly grants once they meet the academic and personal standing requirements. OSF also says the scholarship covers full tuition, accommodation costs and upkeep for the duration of the programme.
What the scholarship offers
The funding package is built to ease the cost of study for selected candidates. OSF says awardees will receive N600,000 each year, and that sum is meant for tuition, accommodation or board, and necessary academic materials.
The support does not stop at cash. Each recipient will also get a personal laptop for research and coursework; OSF also includes mentorship and Career guidance for life after graduation.
Eligibility criteria
OSF says applicants who meet most or all of its requirements move to the next stage of selection.
Who can apply
Applicants are expected to meet these conditions:
- The applicant is from the Niger Delta, mainly Delta, Edo, Ondo, or other Niger Delta states.
- The area of study is Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- The applicant is a high school leaver who has gained admission into a Nigerian Federal or State university.
- The applicant is a first or second year student in a Nigerian public university.
- The applicant presents a CGPA of 3.5 or 4.0 on a 5-point scale, to be provided on request.
- The applicant cannot fund their education because of factors such as a single-parent or no-parent household, disability, or unemployment.
What comes after the first stage
OSF says applicants who meet most or all of the listed requirements progress to the next stage. At that point, they are invited to submit a written piece that shows academic potential, critical thinking, and commitment to their chosen field.
How beneficiaries keep the scholarship
The retention rules are plain, and they are strict; the grant stays Active only when the beneficiary keeps a GPA of not less than 3.5 on a 5-point scale in every academic year.
OSF also requires each beneficiary to remain actively engaged in the OSF community for the full period of the programme and to maintain contact with the OSF office.
Application deadline and process
Qualified students are encouraged to apply before 30 April 2026. Applications must be submitted through the official OSF application portal.
For more information or technical help, applicants can send an email to support@abstechconnect.com or contact the foundation on WhatsApp via 09052728257.
